Laura Jones
Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist

Laura is a certified personal trainer, group fitness trainer, and speed and agility coach with over 20 years of experience. She brings her expertise as a former strength and conditioning coach and competitive high school (two-time national championship team) and college cheerleader at The Citadel into her current training and coaching. She loves working with sports teams and individual athletes, and people of all ages to reach their performance goals.

Laura is currently head coach of a competitive high school cheerleading squad. She’s also a member of the Todd Durkin Mastermind Group and contributing author of “What’s Next? Igniting Change & Impact in Health, Fitness & LIFE…NOW!"
Laura has a degree in Youth Ministry and Biblical Studies from Charleston Southern University. She loves people, values community, and passionately pursues her own growth and development.

Although Laura is high-energy and enjoys pouring herself into training, writing, speaking, developing people, and creating challenging but functional workouts, she savors slow, quiet mornings with good coffee. She and her husband, Mike, have been married 24 years and they have one son high school and another son in college.
