The Murphy Challenge is an annual workout held on Memorial Day each year in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy. This year, Baseline is unofficially hosting this challenge. We’ll have a hand-full of weighted vests, but encourage you to come and take your best shot at this WOD, vest or not. There is no cost, but we will be taking donations to contribute to the LT. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation.
